Nicole is a lobbyist for Schreiber GR Group (SGR). Prior to joining SGR in 2022, Nicole served as chief of staff to state Representative Mark Born (R-Beaver Dam), the Assembly Co-Chair of the Joint Committee on Finance.
In all, Nicole spent six years in the State Assembly and four election cycles with the Republican Assembly Campaign Committee. During her time working in the Capitol, she has been involved in the development of multiple state budgets, worked across the aisle with legislators and staff as the lead staff on the Speaker’s Task Force on Foster Care, and developed an extensive knowledge of the legislative process. Nicole brings her background in policy research and communications and messaging development to SGR.
On the political side, Nicole managed top-tier campaigns, developed streamlined messaging, oversaw direct mail programs and digital media advertisements, and provided extensive research and background on a variety of issues.
Also of note, Nicole had served as an intern for SGR during 2015-2016 while she was studying Political Science and Spanish at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Nicole is originally from Verona, WI, and currently resides in McFarland with her husband Danny and their golden retriever Charlie. She and Danny enjoy spending time with their families, especially their nephews and niece, and traveling to new places.
